3. Data exchange

Confia Enterprises is constantly looking for qualified and motivated employees. Please note that applications you send to us by email are transmitted unencrypted. We therefore recommend that you only use our online application form.
Purpose of data processing, legal basis/functioning
You can send us initial information and attachments using our online application form. All information and attachments you submit via the online application form will be processed by us exclusively to process your submitted application. The legal basis for this is Section 26 (1) Sentence 1 of the New Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Article 88 of the GDPR.
We transmit your applicant data online in this system using an encryption process to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Recipients/categories of recipients
The recruiters responsible for the vacant position only have the right to access your application data once you have created a specific application using the online application form and submitted it to us. Furthermore, we will never share your application with third parties outside of Confia Enterprises.
Your data will generally not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
Storage period/criteria for determining the storage period:
The data of a specific application will be deleted no later than 90 days after the application process has been completed.
6. Integration of the Trusted Shop Trustbadge
The Trusted Shops trust badge is integrated into this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and the reviews we have collected, as well as to be able to offer buyers Trusted Shops products after they have placed an order.
